In the early development phase of animation production, visual development artists are hired to help explore and define the unique visual style that creates the right tone for the storytelling. In this class, we will be covering the basic visual language of 2D/3D design, then lay out the plan for creating story-specific art direction. This will include the introduction of the 3 primaries of design and how they can be applied to create iconic visual story art direction.
