Composition is the first principal in the creative act of image making, paramount above the study of drawing or painting techniques. In the course, Bill will cover the basic tools and language of composition and visual storytelling. Tools such as 2D shape design, visual art direction, establishing visual tension, using light/shade to create graphic patterns, figure composition, sub-compositional elements and how to apply these idea into an image to tell a story.
