39 Intro to Anatomy & Drapery with Marshall Vandruff - Waiting List

This 8 week course is a concentrated study of the human body for artists. Marshall will be using full-sized skeleton along with hundreds of slides to explain every significant bone, muscle and form to explain the function and design of the body. In class, the students will be drawing notes from the slides to learn how to simplify and understand the figure. This is a great class for anyone who wish to learn how to draw realistic figures out of their imagination. For the last week of class, Marshall will be teaching a lecture on drapery to help the students understand the basic principals of folds and drawing fabric materials.

RECOMMENDED PREREQUISITE: Vis Com 1: Dynamic Sketching, Analytical Figure Drawing, Head and Figure Drawing
MATERIALS: Traditional sketching materials

He have been training artists for studios such as Blizzard Entertainment, Rockstar San Diego, Insomniac Games, Disneyland and Black Isle Studios.
