This introductory course is a painting class designed to help students transition to the digital medium. The class assignments are designed to help students get familiar with Photoshop and the tools most commonly used in everyday design work flow. Strongly recommended for students who want to improve on their painting and expand their digital tool set.

RECOMMENDED PREREQUISITE: Vis Com 1: Dynamic Sketching, Intro to Perspective, Analytical Figure Drawing, Head and Figure Drawing, Sketching for Environment

INSTRUCTOR: Sherwin is a Background Painter at Titmouse Studios. His past projects include "Transformers: Robot in Disguise," "Moonbeam City," "Niko & The Sword of Light," & "The Legend of Korra (VG)."
*Due to reasons such as instructor sick day, family emergencies, storm, earthquake, fire, flood, or other unforeseen circumstances, Concept Design Academy reserves the right to push any class back 1 week in schedule if necessary. Students are strongly recommended to plan their schedule with some flexibility in mind to avoid schedule conflicts.
