This class focuses on the storyboarding techniques used primarily in TV animation pipeline. Topics discussed will range from the basics of shots and composition, building up to shot progressions and movement composition, to the more advanced creation of pacing and rhythm in a storyboard sequence. If time permits, the class will also cover drawing short-hands, acting, and choreography.
This is a hybrid class that is taking place at CDA CAMPUS.

RECOMMENDED PREREQUISITE: Intro to Perspective, Dynamic Sketching, Analytical Figure Drawing, Sketching for Environment, Costume Gesture Drawing, Intro to Storyboard
MATERIALS: Computer/Laptop, Wacom & Storyboard Pro (highly recommended) or at very least Photoshop
INSTRUCTOR: Trey Buongiorno is a story artist at Dreamworks Animation who previously directed at Disney TVA. His past projects include "The Adventures of Puss in Boots", "Big Hero 6: The Series", and "Marvel's Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur".
